Talula does the Hula from Hawaii' has got to be the strangest name I've heard of :
It is no doubt one of the stupidest names but the parents most likely named her that in the hope of gaining media attention. I much prefer the examples here which weren't entirely constructed, where the combination of first name and surname sounds odd.

I work in motor racing and in the past have spoken to the promoter of a track in Ireland who is called Aubrey Arbuthnot - I held back on asking if that really is his name.

And I had a tutor at college called Peter Nurse.... or as it said on his door nameplate..... P Nurse.
You'd think the parents would've chosen a name other than one beginning with W.

To be fair, his name's David, but that's what everyone calls him.

He also had no eyebrows.
We used to chant 'Scott Scott, where's your eyebrows?':o
When I used to work for the council there was a child with the surname 'Wankling'. As I recall, I think his name was going to be changed!
Brilliant
I'm pretty sure if you have a name like that the school you work at is Hogwarts.

He always laughed about it.
I met one of those too, I worked with a woman called Ann Key and her husband Alan rang up for her once.
