Just thought I'd start a thread on this as I'd mentioned it on a thread about modern kids TV not being as good as it used to be.
I'm not sure if many adults here will watch it, maybe some of you will see it with your kids.

I was going to look at the CBBC web site to try and find out so they could record it, so you have saved me the effort
It's a shame this show wasn't made for a prime time audience, I could see it fitting in well with the Saturday night family audience, if the charaters were a couple of years older and the target audience altered slightly with some 'darker' storylines I reckon this could have been a great show. However I hope it gets a good run on cbbc and those watching enjoy it!

We will keep recording it and add it too our "family viewing" list
It's great to see investment in some intersting British kids drama.
My 7 year old enjoyed it too. The actress that plays the main girl is 18, she was stunning when she came to see us, can't believe its the same girl, she looks so young in the show
I take it this is a clip of when they came down?

Arrhh can't watch it on my iPad, but yeah looks like it. Will log on my pc in a bit!
I am assuming its the
But am loving the series and the next ep looks great, i too kind of wish it was a bit more adult like Merlin though
I agree that a slightly higher target audience for around the Merlin/DW time slot would be great. For what it is though they've done a good job. After seeing kids TV decline (in my opinion) over the past decade this is a treat.
I suppose most of the school kids will be being played by people in their late teens. It's so that they can act more adult.
Where would they slot it?
Sort of tea-time-ish? I remember when they used to have little family shows like this on Sundays. I suppose, though, it'll get a beeb 1 repeat during the week at some point, like the Sarah Jane adventures.
Thing is, they are stopping all CBBC and CBeebies programming (on BBC1 & 2) starting early next year. 4:30 during the week wouldn't be a bad time, they do that with Blue Peter so...
I didn't know that, shame really.
