"M’s house in the film is the former home of the legendary Bond composer John Barry.
Filmmakers thought it would be a lovely tribute to the late composer, who passed away
in 2011."
Getting sick of seeing the trailer for Skyfall EVERY single time i go to the cinema no matter what film i see. It's always there. I feel like i've seen the film already. Guess i'm going to have to endure it until the film is released in 2 weeks time.

I've managed to avoid the trailer somehow, haven't been to the pics since Dark Knight Rises.

You mean cinemas show trailers for big, upcoming films???

Trying sitting down just as about 20 odd minutes after the showing starts. Might miss the trailers then
BTW how often do you go to the cinema? I haven't been since The Avengers. Do you go to any old shite that's out?
The bbfc have put Skyfall up on their site, rated 12A, no cuts, no post production changes either apparently. 142 minutes 58 seconds long. "Contains moderate action violence and one use of strong language". Someone drops the f bomb.
Kate Muir @muirkate
I just gave SKYFALL five stars in The Times. A return to classic form and a great British bulldog of a movie. Plus the Aston Martin DB5...
Kim Newman @AnnoDracula
I really like Skyfall. Feels very Flemingesque.
Jane Crowther @totalfilm_jane
Bond rocks. You will squeal in delight when Bardem and Craig first meet. Corking.
Kevin Maher @KevinTMaher
#SKYFALL V strange film. 80 mins of Bond movie followed by 40 mins of Straw Dogs.
#SKYFALL Shockingly ugly SECOND Heineken prod placement. First one cute. Second, ugh.
#SKYFALL saved by Bardem. Class act.
#SKYFALL not too sure about Daniel Craig's Action Man goatee and Josef Goebbels haircut (around the ears!).
* Perhaps also worth noting that Kevin Maher says there is not a gunbarrel opening. Hmm... Another reviewer says that there is though.
Alastair Bennett @AlastairBe
#Skyfall possibly best Bond film of all time. Top drawer. See it
Boyd Hilton @boydhilton
Well I thought #Skyfall was incredibly, massively satisfying.
Skyfall reminds me of The Dark Knight Returns. It takes time to deepen the characters & let us enjoy them, in the middle of all the action
Graham Norton @grahnort
Bond is back!!! Skyfall is perfection!!!!!
Time Out London @TimeOutLondon
Just seen #Skyfall it was amazing! Mendes has done something extraordinary. Dark, sexy and genuinely emotionally harrowing.
British GQ @BritishGQ
Just seen #skyfall. Daniel Craig is magnificent - you will not be disappointed. Roll on another 50 years of @007
Vassos Alexander @VassosA
The new Bond film is tense, thrilling, tremendous. Funny in places too. Bond back on form #skyfall
Olly Richards @olly_richards
Skyfall a very strong Bond. Enjoyed that the scale weighted more on story than action, in Casino Royale vein. Performances excellent.
James Mullinger @jamesmullinger
Well, Sam Mendes may have created the best James Bond film ever. After all the photocalls & hype, Skyfall somehow exceeds all expectations.
Anita Singh @anitathetweeter
Heineken product placement in #skyfall fairly subtle. Unlike Naomie Harris yelling "THEY'RE IN THE AUDI" during opening chase scene
Geoff Hill @geoffhill5News
Lucky enough to see the first screening of the new Bond film Skyfall tonight. Classic Bond style and humour with a modern plot...
Ally Wybrew @AllyWyb
Loved #Skyfall. Great villain, great script and a real return to Bond form.
Chris Hewitt @ChrisHewitt
Don't have a lot of time as #Bondaoke beckons. But Skyfall is, for me, Craig's best Bond by a country mile.
Cineworld Cinemas @cineworld
Just out from seeing Skyfall. All i'll say is that Sam Mendez has played a blinder with the most personal Bond since OHMSS.
Richard Pallot @richpallotitv
Just seen 1st ever screening of skywalk. Quite possibly best ever bond ever. Twists to send shivers down your spine
James Day @James_Day_Metro
In case you're wondering the new Bond movie #Skyfall is really quite superb
James Robertson @_JamesR
Just watched James Bond: Skyfall. IT'S F'IN AWESOME.
Hari Patience @Hari_P
Was just one of the first 1600 people to see #skyfall. Does not disappoint. Can't reveal much due to spoilers but 10x better than QofS
#skyfall did actually joss a few of my personal canon bits about Bond. But I can't tell you what as there's #spoilers
Nihal A @TherealNihal
Bk to an old school Bond film, Bardem is brilliant. References to old school Bond but felt a little too long #skyfall #makeupyrownmind
Rupert Bhatia @alfredooo
So the new bond film is different... big change of direction. quite good though.
Craig Stevens @craigstevens
Skyfall is fantastic, the edginess of Casino but with a strong story over set piece and smart humour. Craig's finest Bond.
Michelle Johnson @chelleajohnson
Guys I am so happy. #Skyfall. Watch it.
Go and see #SKYFALL. See it. Don't deny yourself the film of the year. Holy god. #Bond #JamesBond. #1hundredstars
Olivia Osborne @livsosborne
Just seen #skyfall brilliant. Bond is back
Louise Pepper @loupepper
Just saw #Skyfall LOVED IT. Don't read any spoilers or reviews just GO
Niall Doherty @NiallMDoherty
Skyfall was amazing. Best film I've seen this year (yes, even better than TDKR) and poss my new favourite Bond film.
Becky Sunshine @Becky_Sunshine
#Skyfall is totally bloody brilliant. There it is. Not going to spoil any surprises, but def worth seeing!
Scott Weller @koolafficianado
1st UK press screening for SKYFALL. Verdict: Solid and exciting but lacks the verve and impact of CASINO ROYALE.
Richie Firth @RichieFirth38s
Just seen #SKYFALL - never been more blown away by a movie ever. Amazing.
Daniel Krupa @danielkrupa
Well #Skyfall is the best Bond film ever made.
Dan Jolin @DanJolin
Skyfall, then: yes, way better than QoS. No huge surprises, but great fun. Proper classic feel, while keeping the Casino Royale edge.
Andrew Billen @andrewbillen
Just out of the premiere and Five stars for Skyfall. Best bond villain for years, and funny and Bond cries!
Dan Storey @DapperDan
So ermmmm yeah #Skyfall is absolute class! The perfect mix of vintage Bond & slick, modern day action thrillers! Well played Mr. Bond!
#Skyfall is everything Quantum should of been. Craig absolutely owns the role & makes it his bitch. Best film of the year? #moveoverlooper
It's too early to say but considering I've just ploughed through almost every Bond film in the past month it's possible #Skyfall is the best
ironically the last time i went to the cinema was QUANTUM OF SOLACE!
this one looks a lot better, and i LOVE the trailer ..... cannot play the part where he lands in the train enough, gonna be a stand out moment for me that
in fact, might let out a little cheer when he does
Have skimmed through most of the reviews as I don't want to know too much but it's all sounding good.
I shan't read anymore or watch any promo stuff that might appear now - I shall just wait for Friday the 26th.

I agree. I just read a couple of these reviews and feel stuff has already been revealed that I didnt want to know before i see it. So just waiting now for the 26th. At 142 mins this must be the second longest Bond film. Casino royale must have been slightly longer.
Not saying Skyfall won't turn out to be a good film, but every single one of those reviews is ridiculously fawning. Having read the Daily Telegraph "review", it's nothing more than two paragraphs of "positiveness" placement. Nothing about the review to indicate the guy who wrote the piece has even seen the film,
Anyone surprised at the fact there'll be "strong language" in the film? I dont mind per se, but even the darkest films in the canon, Casino Royale and Licence to Kill, didnt have strong language.

One single use, by Albert Finney. I can go with that.

After all the visual grizzlyness of Licence to Kill 23 years ago, you're worried about one instance of a very common swear word?

Cannot wait.
