There's a man who follows me around like a puppy. Tried being polite, asking him to stop, doesn't work:(

I need a way to completely turn him off so he leaves me alone:eek::mad::mad:

Where do you see this man? at work/college/on the street? Is he part of your social circle?
I think we need more info here.

Tell him you have a boyfriend. Or wear a ring on your engagement finger.

Talk constantly about a guy you really fancy. That'll put him off considerably.

    Marry him.,

    That's a sure way to lose a man's interest.

Here are some things I've told him:

    I have a boyfriend
    I have a fiance
    I'm getting married next week
    I'm pregnant with twins

    NOTHING. I'm losing my mind:mad::mad:

If you are serious? You may have to be cruel, discover what his achilles heel is, and attack it.. It is his ego that convinces him that he can win you over.

    Tried being polite

More seriously, here's your problem. A lot of us men don't do subtlety. You might be well intentioned but if its causing you enough distress to start a thread on it, you have to be cruel (to him) to be kind (to yourself)

Well, he either doesn't believe you, or he thinks you move REALLY fast in relationships!!

In all seriousness, if it is getting to be a problem, tell him you'll report him for harassment if he doesn't leave you alone.

Can you not just firmly tell him that you are absolutely not interested and he is starting to be a bit of a creeper?
He sounds a bit obsessed if you have already asked him to stop and gave him a truck load of excuses and he is still persisting...
Make sure you lock your doors.

Tell him you'll call the Police if he doesn't stop following you. And mean it.
