My fear is balloons. Everything about them freaks me the fook out! :(

Little ones that you blow up or the big ones with a basket underneath?

I have really sensitive hearing so whilst my fears are not traditional phobias which have no rationale behind them they have invlolved into that I guess. My top three are balloons (now hate that smell when a balloon is near heat) fireworks and thunder.

I feel your pain. Most of my friends are very good about it but some are horrible. We can stick together!

Wasps - Pointless neds of the insect world. Nasty stingy buzzy things. Can even sting you when they're dead. And squashing them just causes more of them to come and see what happened to the first one. The upside of this year's crap weather is that I haven't seen one all year :)

[Yes, I know they play a vital role in the ecosystem, pollinating many things. Doesn't mean I have to like them though]

When I was young, I was scared of the dark.

Now that I am older, every time I receive the electricity bill I am scared of the lights.

I have one fear. The fear of falling. I can go as high as you like but if there isn't at least a rail in front of me, I won't go near the edge.

Good old spiders. I hate them all with a passion.

And being buried alive. Can't imagine anything worse.

ETA: Being buried alive with spiders

Just to cheer you up, there are some native UK spiders which are poisonous.
