Who have been your fav and least fav winners of each series of Strictly and if you wish you can state why:)

My fav three winners have been :-

1. Kara and Artem (technically excellent restrained passion)
2. Alesha and Matthew (such energy and spark)
3. Jill and Darren (gorgeous footwork and "musicability" acted it all out so well)

My least fav three winners have been:-

1. Chris and Ola (I love Ola but felt Ricky was utterly robbed and found Chris very smug and a little smarmy)
2. Tom and Camilla (I could not warm to either of them for some reason and I disliked some of the routines)
3. Natasha and Brendan (I didnt get a sense of any passion or purpose and looking back on youtube at some performances they would be out week 4/5 now)

I know everyone will have different views so I would be interested in hearing them.

Thanks
Michelle

I'll give you two of each.

    Favourites:

Alesha & Matthew -- infectious enjoyment, them to us.
Ramps & Karen -- because who'd of thought it.

    Non-favourites:

Goughy & Lilia/Chris & Ola -- same reason, too safe.

    ✔ Mark & Karen

    ✘ Chris & Ola

Nothing against Chris (or Ola) but he just wasn't very good in my estimation.

    My favourite winners:

    1. Ramps & Karen

    2. Alesha & Matt

Their partnerships just had that extra something special - a quality that you can't manufacture or teach, it's just there and it creates magic on the dancefloor. Interestingly, both couples comprised a sort of introverted- extroverted type relationship. I think a lot of good can come of such a dichotomy because there isn't a clash of egos, there's more of a sense of balance as each person's character compliments the other's. It creates the ideal synergie in my opinion.

I don't think I've particularly liked many of the other winners, apart from Kara & Artem and Natasha & Brendan.

For me, Jill was too professional looking too early. Darren was annoying. Tom did a fantastic Showdance but I didn't enjoy anything else of his. Harry I was largely indifferent to. Chris Hollins I championed at the time but in retrospect I think I'd have prefered Ricky to have won (I loved the Cola Charleston when I first saw it because it had the novelty factor but it gets worse and worse each time I see clips of it - how the hell did it score 40 points?!).

Most frustrating: Chris & Ola. I get what the attraction of them was as a couple but it was hard watching someone as skilled as Ricky Whittle getting the bum's rush that year.

I have a gap of 2 years where I quit Strictly but based on the series I have watched.

    Favourite: Goughy and Lillia

    Least Favourite: Natasha and Brendan.

I still think despite Goughy having prob the biggest journey in SCD thus far Colin Jackson and Erin should have won that year though.

Favourite winners by miles were Mark and Karen.

Least favourites were Tom and Camilla. I still can't look at him without wanting to slap him.

    Favourite winners
    KaraTointon - Excellent dancer
Jill Halfpenny - Another excellent dancer
Natasha Kaplinsky (Maybe not as good as some but she was the first winner, not a showbiz person, a trailblazer, showed what could be done)
    Least favourite winners
Chris Hollins - Viewer’s choice - Aargh ! (In fairness he knew his own limitations and did admit that he had been lucky)
Darren Gough - Another viewer’s choice, Zoe Ball should have won

    3. Chris & Ola (not for the dancing, I'll happily admit Ricky was by far the better dancer, but for the partnership, and because Ola is one of my favourite pros)

I wish I could have 4 favourites, as I loved Kara & Artem as well...

Least Favourite : Darren Gough - I found everything about him very disingenuous, and didn't really like most of his dances. Also, he did The Worm. No.

Favourite : Alesha Dixon - just by the measure of how overinvested I got in her winning. I've become much more even-keeled since those days of ferocious fanism.

And Lisa snowdown got 40 in 3 different dances which must make her the greatest celebrity ever.

I just make it from series 5 on cause from i then i be able to see all the dances.

Greatest winner: Tie between Alesha and Kara
Worst winner: Hollins He hadn't even corrected most of his faults towards the end of his run.
