I thought she was a bit simple and dull when she first arrived, but I like how she is innocent, but not naïve. She is fundamentally good, but isn't stupid and can stick up for herself.
She has gradually improved throughout her time on the show and I think she will get even better with Derek out of the picture. It's nice to have a character who's just normal.

I give her 6 months for the producers to decide they have no storylines for her without Derek!
I don't find Alice normal. She's a 10 years old stuck in the body of a young woman. She's a caricature and I can't relate to the character.
I concur. At first I liked her and I do agree that she is "sweet" - but there's a difference between "sweet" that's bearable and "so sweet it makes you sick". The fact that she's too naive and trusting doesn't help.
She is very cute and adorable, but I still think she looks about 12. I feel the same with Poppy as well, EE needs 'nice' characters, and these two are lovely characters.

This. Have she and her brother totally abandoned their mother? No doubt she will be moving into Walford soon.
True. They (particularly Joey who seems to really care about his mum) seem to have forgotten that she even exists.
Sorry what? Aren't you thinking of Shona McGarty?
Yes, And I just want her killed off
Me either. Alice seems out of place. She and her father are like relics from the 1960s.
