It depends on how it's done. We don't know how 'pure' HRT want to be. In the traditional style, there will be severe doubts to its success, but in more of a pop format it cannot be predicted.
Either way, it should bring to the contest something the others probably won't have, and it cannot be claimed that they are ignoring their own culture.
