He's having a little fun, hes got a good body on him. He has spent years training and he is a polite well raised and focused young man who did us proud. I think some people would find fault even with the angels.
The guy sends my gaydar meter off the charts every time i hear his voice. I can just imagine him getting a round in at the bar and saying "hey girlzzz, mines a white wine spritzer, fabulous DAHHHLINGS!"
As for the medals, who cares? He is obviously talented at what he does but I do wish, like some others, he would keep his "sports personality" in the closet and just stick to being a sportsman, rather than appear in every heat magazine edition with his kit off since the dawn of time.

Exactly. He's not harming or hurting anyone, he's not stumbling out of bars drunk. Tweeting a few pictures of himself here and there, taking part in some tv shows seems quite harmless and fun.
You telling me you would not get your kit-off for a huge fee?
That poor boy's dad died 2 years ago and he is maturing into a handsome man. The women will go mad after him!
Can't people be happy for once for somebody who has no harm to anyone and is doing very well!
Well said - it seems some people are not happy unless they are slagging someone off. For a youngster, Tom is a great role model and it is shame there are not more like him

Tell that to the likes of Josie Gibson who is famous for NOT having any talent!
Vanity on that scale is not attractive though. I think I'm just as beautiful as he is but you don't see me with my clothes off and a shit-eating grin as if I know it.

BIB: Pictures, or we won't believe you.
I can't believe this thread has turned into half giggles over how gay this guy is. People have said that stuff about him from when he was 16, and most likely, he might not even himself know what his own sexual orientation is. It is pitiful, that in this day and age 18 year old successful and talented guy is being mocked over his assumed gayness.
Good on him. He has worked extremely hard and surely no-one can begrudge him some fun time now. Who cares whether he is gay or straight, he is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing figure and he can keep showing it off as much as he likes as far as im concerned!!
This thread really does highlight the strange double standard that male and female celebrities are judged by. Assuming that most of the replies are from women, it also validates the general perception amongst men that women hate other women (but then so do most of the threads in this forum).
And it's bizarre that some can't seem to tell when someone else is camp, Tom even minces when he walks
Personally I find anyone - male or female - in love with themselves this much a total turn off and I do take a dislike to them. It's not an attractive trait, taking pictures of yourself on your phone and throwing them on twitter for everyone to see - look at me, me, me! Awful. It's like Mr Daly is desperate to become a household name - he's popping up everywhere.
That's one of the reasons Jessica Ennis is so popular - she's the total opposite.

Just like that Mr Obama, who also posted a Christmas twitpic.
Anyone seen his latest topless pics? This guy is seriously in love with himself. If only he'd spent more time training and less Twittering, he might have ended up with a gold medal instead of a bronze perma tan. This little bloke is a right twit.
And you to me sound like you're jealous!
Its a really ugly trate to have.

Good post. Correct spelling.
She pimps her own merchandise via twitter, though. Just so you don't miss the chance to own a t-shirt with her face on it.
I suppose he and his management want to keep him in our minds and cash in on his 'fame' while they can. He comes across as a nice young fella to me, but prob needs to pick the right things and not just everything to keep in the public eye.

Nobody likes a show off - agreed!!
I found the OP to be a tad nasty in his post just thought id say what I saw.
I actually say good on Tom!! If he gets his magazine deals or tv shows off the back of the olympics - let him!!!
We've seen over the past 10 years talentless wannabes get magazine deals, writing columns in papers, present tv shows, get radio shows, numerous high profile appearances, perfume deals, merchandise etc.
They get all this from acting an idiot on reality tv without showing any skill or talent.
If Tom gets even a tiny piece of the above then good on him.. He achieved bronze at the olympics!!
He got all this based on his talent and NOT by appearing on some reality tv show in order to achieve fame.
So he likes to take pics of himself?? Seriously, big deal... Everyone on twitter does it!!!
The first time me and my partner heard him speak we both shouted "Queen" in unison lol.
He actually does not seem all that likeable personality wise either. When being interviewed notice how he constantly checks out the monitor to see how he looks.
I also feel sick seeing all the fake girlfreind stories,if he was less camp maybe we would buy it!
I have to reply to this thread. I would rather have a young talented sportsman who actually tried to make his country proud taking his clothes on or off and lapping up the female attention than say..... Dappy from Ndubz, singing about drugs, taking drugs ( probably.... is that what he's famous for? It's not his music surely) or Chris Brown beating up women then getting tattoos of beat up women on his person. There are for sure worse Role Models than Tom Daley. I would rather my son turn out like him than any of those chavs ......
I was one of many that greeted Tom and his family back from the Olympics when he came to Plymouth. He was a lovely lad and took time and energy to talk and sign autographs.
He is a very lovely lad and I may not know him personally, what I exprerienced of him in Plymouth made me fall in love with him a little bit more that day.
He is 18 and just becoming an adult. He will do things he will regret in life and will do things that will make him and his family proud.
Until those days, he is to be admired for his spirit and Olympic acheivements. For now. What comes next good or bad for him , if it does , will come.
I see nothing wrong with Tom and I admire him very much.

I won't complain.

Are you a successful sports person?
Who?!
