Will it carry on being popular like it is now, or go downhill and get scrapped very quickly because of it not being the build-up to the anniversary? Or something inbetween?
I hope it's the first one

As New Who has retained it popularity up to the 50th Anniversary hype, I fully expect it to retain that same popularity post-2013. And as it continues to be a success in this country and abroad, I would expect it to carry on well beyond that.
DW is one of the few programmes that can reinvent itself, and survive when its leading actor leaves.
lets hope its popularity grows even more, coz i cant bare to think of Who been off the air again (present for that once before)
I suppose if the ratings drop like a stone in the future, then the beep may opt for a Mega Star for the role.:eek:
cheers very intresting:)
By the way I've answered your totally random PM.
I'm still holding out for Toby Whithouse writing for a Damien Moloney 12th Doctor after Being Human is tied up.
Isn't Gatiss joint show-runner of Sherlock with Moffat??
