iPlayer on Android tablet not working

I have a Sumvision Titan Cyclone tablet using Android ICS. Until about 2-3 weeks ago, iPlayer worked fine. Now all that I get is a screen about disabling "Request Desktop Site". I've tried clearing & checking the checkbox for that parameter. Neither setting makes any difference. I've not changed the relevant apps that I use, namely BBC iPlayer & BBC Media Player - both installed from Google Play Store. Any ideas please?

Make sure you have Unkown Sources ticked in your setting menu then after downloading flash click on it and flash will install and with any luck iPlayer will work.
Flash Player 11.1.115.20 already installed.
As I previously said, iPlayer worked until recently.
No difference.
I've tried it through Firefox & the standard browser (Chromium?). When I try to play a programme selected from the BBC's iPlayer webpages, nothing happens.
Sorry I am out of ideas on this one however you could see if Adobe AIR will make it work and if it does not its well worth reading all the reviews of it in the Play Store so you won’t miss the iPlayer.:D
Just out of interest, does ITV Player work or TVCatchup ?
I have Adobe Air installed. I haven't checked ITV Player but TVCatchup works OK.
Been having problems on both mine and my dads nexus 7s with iPlayer ..... Pink spinning circle ???
Not working tonight on my N7 either. Was fine yesterday when I last used it. (or rather some programmes are working and some aren't )
However, itv player, which is erractic at the best of times, has now stopped working altogether. Very odd!
You will have to wait for the BBC to release an update if it is no longer working on your device.
