The most disturbing thing is a lot of these people are old enough to know better. That bloke who passed out in the alley way was in his 30's.

You know there is definately something in it if the French, Greeks and Spanish are much better at holding their drink than us, mainly because they are introduced to it at an early age. It is on the dinner table every day..
Now if we adopted that attitude over here, and introduced children to it young then maybe the youngsters wouldn't feel the need to get drunk or wasted beyond all hope.
