    1) The fault in our stars by John Green

The pitfalls of having a 4-month old are apparent in this challenge! I think I may go for 12 books and do one a month...that said, I am getting a bit more confident at multi-tasking, so I may manage a few more.

I really enjoyed this book, loved the characters and story - as much as you can "enjoy" a book about terminal cancer. Some twists and a very poignant ending.

    I've finally started!

    1. Swallows and Amazons - Had to read this for my OU course. Was quite enjoyable even though I probably wouldn't have read it if I didn't have to.

    2. I Can Make You Hate by Charlie Brooker - Very funny and an easy read.

    3. On Writing by Stephen King - Pretty good read for anyone who aspires to be a writer

    14. Life as we know it, Susan Beth pettifer (sp?) audio book 3 out of 5 stars. Meh. Good story, ruined by a brat of a narrator and some unrealistic outcomes.

    14. The Complex by Cathy E Zaragoza.
Great book about a girl who grows up living in a sealed off community due to being a carrier of an extremely infectious disease, so has to stay quarantined until she is 'cured'. Much better than average YA post apocalyptic/dystopian story and looking forward to the second book.

    15. After the Fall by Charity Norman.
Story of a family who emigrate to New Zealand, the story starts with the young son falling over a balcony and being seriously injured. The book then charts their move to NZ, and the events which led up to Finn falling from the balcony and why. Really engrossing read and has given me an interest in NZ, the descriptions of the country are really good.

    20. Prom Night in Purgatory by Amy Harmon
    21. Painted Faces by L.H. Cosway
    22. Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion - I was a bit disappointed by this one, but I'll still go see the film.
    23. Anathema by K.A. Tucker - Another disappointment after absolutely loving the author's newest book.
    24. Find You in the Dark by A. Meredith Walters
    25. Cloud Walking by A. Meredith Walters
    26. Bad Rep by A. Meredith Walters
    27. Noah by Elizabeth Reyes

I get distracted from my to-read list when I read a book I enjoy, I go and find others by the same author and make my way through them all!

    6. Time Quake by Linda Buckley-Archer

Children's book about time travel - part of a Trilogy. Enjoyed it but I couldn't quite make out the age group she was aiming it at.
