Annoyed
Girl at work was involved in a car accident about 14 months ago. She was a passenger and got knocked about a bit, nothing serious and I think the damage was as much psychological as physical.
But she has been complaining about aches and pains throughout, visiting various doctors and specialists, and at times it has affected her work, to the extent that we have had to do some of her more "physical" jobs ourselves. We didn't mind this as we are a small team and she helped out with paperwork etc. to make our lives a little easier where she could.
She has recently been paid ouf £7k compensation.....and boy what a change!!
She is no longer complaining about aches and pains, has joined a local gym and is now bragging about how many squat thrusts and sit ups she can do, and on the two evenings a week she visits, she gets changed at the end of the day and skips off as if nothing has happened.
What would you do, if anything????

Not directly. But I know that one of the other girls who is part time on admin and is a nurse is really, really annoyed. Fuming is the word I think I could use.
A few comments have been made, and I feel like saying that she should write to the osteopath that she has been visiting, telling them about this "miracle".
When a comment has been made, she immediately comes back with "do you want to see my osteopaths report?".
You need to ask what she is spending the money on, as whatever it is, it obviously has excellent health benefits.
Then take Matthewsoapfan's advice
I like your style
hahaha!
I know it's wrong but that made me howl with laughter.
??????????
Sounds to me like the OP is fed up with people claiming for money they're not really entitled to and helping to push up everyone else's cost of insuring. I know it irritates the hell out of me. Especially when I live with someone who went through a truly horrific experience and while they did get a small payout that covered their therapy costs and not a lot else they are still living with the consequences of the accident as am I. People who put it on are the lowest of the low imo.
Please do this!!
OK. Maybe I should have asked "how would you feel?"
Bitter? Wound up? Frustrated???
Are you a psychiatrist?
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
