Spotted punk band The C**ts in a festival flyer last year. Probably not the best name if you want to make it in the music business (which they probably don't).
One Erection is quite a bad name too. I wonder who came up with it (Simon).
On the subject of some more bad band names: Mumford & Sons takes the cake. Also it must have taken some creative prowess to come up with Girls Aloud.
On the whole I think bands actually make up really good names. Some of them can be a bit odd like Mamas and Papas, Lawson and Take That but they're not really bad (in fact they work) but they're just a bit odd.

That was my first thought as well. Even worse today in the "must be googleable" category.
I swear they're just trolls, trying to get random people to tell them that "piscine" is french for swimming pool.
I just think of Control-Alt-Delete
Decent band but awful name.
Great band, terrible name.
Ou Est Le Swimming Pool had a great song with 'Dance the Way I Feel'. Shame their lead singer committed suicide.
The worst band names for me are the completely uninspired, mundane ones like "The Music" or "Girls".
Named after a (rather great) song by The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band. I think they might qualify for this thread too!
Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine also, especially if you've ever seen photos of them. *shudders*
The Rolling Stones
QUEEN!
Genesis
Jimmy The Hoover
The ones I don't particularly like tend to be unimaginative (imo) single word seventies band names, such as:-
Bread
Dawn
Kenny
Mud
Pilot
Queen
Sailor
Slade
Slik
Smokie
Sweet
That's what I was going to say!
Seriously, check yourselves.
