Films bought but never watch/unwrapped.
I have a few of these, actually never even taken the wrapper off.
They are kind of those films you need to be in the right mood for, I guess...but some of them I have had for a year or more, and I m beginning to wonder what the right mood is...
The White Ribbon
Game Of Thrones season 1 (TV I know, but still in it's damn wrapper).
I Saw The Devil
Puss In Boots (Shrek Spinoff)
Fair Game (Sean Penn)
The Resident (Hilary Swank).
All of them literally still in their wrapper, and for some reason I just cannot work up any enthusiasm to watch them.
To be fair, I work long hours and don't really have a great deal of spare time, so I tend to use the time to watch films I really want to watch.
I guess I should either sell them on or give them to friends, really.

I've never seen any of these films in the past either, but for some reason I just never find the right time to watch them.
The Big Lebowski
Paul
Scream 4
Angels & Demons
Inglorious Basterds.
The Hunger Games
Total Recall (2012)
Ted - saw at the cinema
Batman Begins/The Dark Knight - upgrade from DVD
Homeland: Season 1 - saw on TV
Lord of The Rings: Extended Editions - upgrade from DVD (not seen the extended versions before though)
Girls: Season 1 - saw on TV
Rambo
Planet of the Apes recent one
Taken 2
Clearskin
Bucket List
Wrath of the Titans
Kings Speech
Last Samuri
It's still in it's wrapper. I still haven't seen the film.
I would definitely find time to open The Big Lebowski and Inglorious Basterds. The Big Lebowski is a wild ride and probably one of the Coens' funniest films - effortlessly funny - and one of Jeff Bridges' most iconic screen roles. And Inglorious Basterds is a riot. Plus it's worth it alone for the supremely talented Christoph Waltz who's just won his second and well deserved Tarantino-generated Oscar. I recommend both very highly.
it yet.
Get off the internet and go watch these IMMEDIATELY!
Source code never seen
Predator steel book
Sherlock season 1
Inglorious Basterds can wait, it's too long. If it had been faster I'd have enjoyed it more, but with two (possibly even 3) subtitled conversations lasting 20 mins each, I got bored. I know people like QT's dialogue, but I prefer his set pieces, and there weren't enough of them in IB to pull me through...
too many to name.
eg - whole X-Files box set, watched part of 1 series so far
That, sir, is a crime, please set this right immediately!
From Christmas I still have The Hunger Games, but I'll watch that soon enough
Source Code is a great film, look forward to it
In reply to OP, Paul is pretty good as well
Cemetary Junction
Taken
Insidious (BluRay)
Chocolate (Martial Arts film)
Wolf Creek
The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi (both BluRay - part of the BluRay box set)
Men In Black II
if you havent, get and watch Taken and Wolf Creek imo..
Tremors trilogy (cardboard sleeve) - Bought this a few years ago for £4 from Matalan. I will definitely get round to watching them. I've only seen the first film before, and it's very good.
Buck Rogers In The 25th Century (Season 1, Episodes 1 to 12, cardboard sleeve) - Also bought from Matalan a few years ago, also for £4. Will probably give it a go soon.
Dr Jeckyl and Sister Hyde - Bought this from Morrisons for £2, years ago.
I have loads that I just haven't gotten round to watching yet, including:-
Memento
Magnolia
Yojimbo
Lonesome Dove
Starsky and Hutch seasons 3 and 4
Rockford Files season 5
Columbo seasons 6 and 7
Kung Fu season 2
Harry's Game
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Red Cliff
Tender Mercies
A Prophet
Mulholland Drive
A Chinese Ghost Story 2
Jeremiah Johnson
Ride the High Country
Red River
Callan (The Colour Years)
I've also got a few TV series DVD boxsets that I've never watched, including the last couple of series of Buffy and Angel (which I saw on TV) and Battlestar Galactica seasons 1-3 which I bought literally years ago for £30 and have never even seen.
I bought Titanic on DVD when it came out, sold it a few months back still sealed, and bought the 3D blu ray which is still sealed. Last time I watched the film was on VHS, and I haven't had a VCR for over 10 years!
