The extended version showed her to be even more stupid - hard to believe I know.
That's the version I saw. And although she did say some stupid stuff, it seemed to me the others attacked her even when she had a point. For example, she said that playing video games does more than give your thumbs practice: it gives you a framework with which you can deal with killing people, and thus makes killing easier. Which isn't to say that video games lead to real-world violence, of course, but it's true that many soldiers need to distance themselves from their work and treating it as a game is one of the ways they can do that. It was an interesting and subtle point that didn't deserve to be mocked.
I think Tony whathisname (the one with the hair and stupid stripes on his face) should give up being a comedian,,,ive seen him on a couple of things and he's just embarrasingly bad,,,probably the worst i have seen
I thought the most recent episode was diabolical. I think the attitude and the aura surrounding the show, (particularly since Jimmy Carrr's tax scandal) has become lazy. It is evident amongst the presenters. Sean Lock just seems so irritable and Jon Richardson is just pessimistic beyond belief. There have been several occasions now where Lock has just belittled the guests , including the fellow comedians who appear as one offs. Another negative aspect is that non comedians sucha s Rachel Riley, Tess Daley and Claudia Winkleman just appear repetitively. It has become tiresome.
My mates were at the recording tonight at BBC TV Centre, they said it was just alright, nothing special. This weeks guests are Vernon Kay, Denise Van Outen and some guy they've never heard of! Make of that what you will.
I've still been enjoying it. I thought last weeks was ok. Was surprised to see Coren appearing on it.
That said though I have been watching repeats on Challenge (they're showing the Jon Richardson series) and must admit that they were better.
But even better than that is sometimes when i'm drunk & bored I view some of the oldies on Youtube and they were far more compact. It was comedy gold on some of them.
Who is this man they have on? Not seen him before and maybe I just don't get him but he isn't particularly funny and is trying a bit too hard to be funny (and failing).

Nope, I switched off when I saw Tess Daly.
:D:D It's shockingly awful isn't it?
i've never seen anything like it, quite extrordinary
We also need more Joe Wilkinson. What a legend!
He does sound like a seal in pain!
It was great last week when he was ripping the piss out of Splash with the 'celeb' who was in it sat next to him.
Wasn't one of the lines "I like Splash! They should do a celebrity version"
the laugh is fake. watch the early episodes - he doesn't laugh like that at all.
I have to mute this guy every time he laughs, put a sock in it jimmy.
other than that the show is great.

The guy with the dark hair and beard?
Yeah, although now I think about it I might have seen him before or he reminds me of another comedian they have on.
