Yep that's how I see it too and it's no wonder the photographer was angry. It was uncalled for. Had he walked out casually, said hi to the photographers and got into his car i'm sure they'd have wished him a good concert and let him be on his way. The push just introduced un-required drama to the situation where it wasn't required.
Edit: Theres a camera angle from behind on Sky News and it's even more damning. Justin is ducking/hiding behind a body guard and seems to intentionally lunge to the right and push a photographer before jumping into the car. What a prat.

Exactly. There wasn't a huge horde of people there and no need for him to shove anyone.
It's like he is trying to make himself look bad ass but all he is doing is making himself look an ass.
He messed up the other day, then 'has to go to hospital' (thus gaining sympathy), then ruins that by the way he behaved towards the photographer (doesn't matter if he was provoked or not).
Ten years from now, when he's flipping burgers, maybe he'll realise how lucky he was and what an idiot he's been.
Every pap in the world knows how to get him angry now, too. Just call him a moron. Reminds me of Kevin Kline's character in A Fish Called Wanda "Don't call me stupid".
Justin knew his bodyguards would hold him back, thats why he did it
It sounds to me like this whole "behaviour" thing is a big PR stunt to get Britain talking about him :
Turns up late, shot of screaming fan girlies, hysteria for JB
Runs OFF stage to dramatically collapse, makes a heroic return, then checks self out of hospital - shows him as compassionate to fans
Picks fight with pap, not many people around - shock
All neatly happening one day after the other. It doesnt take a lot to bribe a pap or even set one up to start that.
They were quick enough leaving after they got him back into the car the second time. What changed? Another set-up stunt?
It was funny to see only a handful of paps there, anyway.
Nod from the camera people they got enough footage
He could well be off his head or something, or maybe wound up about the first night thing messing up his image or something - but i just doubt it.
Even the gas mask. Such an obvious stunt again.
From my experience i'd say 95% sure its PR, just all happening too structured. I'd bet now next one is the airport - maybe nearly chucked off plane or something

I know it's the fashion for young men but why do they have to wear trousers that make them look like they have a huge poo filled nappy between their legs?

We used to call 'em 'pooper pants' in school cos if you shit yourself it wouldnt dribble out
Why was he running to the car like that anyway? Hardly Beatles or MJ type mania outside.
I'm far too old to be a Bieber fan (it's a long time since I was 5...) and I'm not overly familiar with him and his doings, but I just saw the foul mouthed rant on the news, and what I actually noticed most was how puny this boy is! lol
Having only seen whatever they showed of him on Sky News of pics of him in concert the last few days, it was a bit of a shock to see him 'as himself'. He looks about 11.
Does he really have fans over the age of about 10?!
Bieber is a knobhead - I could understand if the paps were hiding in the bushes at his mums house, but he is on tour and working in central London - Giving it the Big Un behind his minders - Stupid Boy.

From another camera angle.

because Justine went out of his way to shove a pap out the way (who wasn't even in the camera shot so not in his way)
Justine shoved first (which could be deemed as assault) and the paps let loose at him!)
Last time Usher stepped in, Justin couldn't sit for a week.

Thank God for his manny (male nanny) holding him back while in one helluva of a temper tantrum.
