Actually no she wasn't, she was born in Solihull, West Midlands. I've just finished reading her autobiography. But she was taken to India when she was very young and didn't come back to England till she was 18.
I think Felicity Kendal's parents ran a touring theatre company putting on Shakespeare plays across India...............I saw a documentary about it
