I read, (probs earlier in this thread) that none of the actors know who dunnit.

So 'm not taking too much by their shifty performances.

    Strange text and who to?

I would assume it's to her boyfriend. He knows something I'm sure.

Olivia Coleman did an interview recently where she said they were only told at the end, when the person who did it, acted their part.

I think they all have something to hide, hence why they are all acting shifty.

Maybe this thread should be combined with the 'Watching Paint Dry' thread!
Dragging a two-hour story out to eight hours is not a good idea.
I'm past caring who did it!

The most unsurprising fact at last revealed. The sexy hotel owner and Mark were of course having sex.

There's a surprise the Aussie woman has fessed.
Why has Will Mellor got a similar complexion to Christopher Maloney in this ?

I'm beginning to wonder if the mother has been seeing someone too, she hasn't mentioned the pregnancy at all apart from to the vicar.

Surely she would mention it to Mark, even if it is to give them some comfort during this time.

Yeah I liked it at the start. But i must admit my attention isn't being captured that much tonight. I think I need a character to like or care about-

Given your magnanimously sweeping comment, I thought it was quite a pertinent question myself.

I can't believe people have such short attention spans that they can't cope with the pace of this. I'm presuming none of you watched The Killing.

People moan constantly about reality shows, recapping and "coming up next" type shows - here's a slow-burn drama and you still moan.

Disappointingly conventional really. Most drama's have an affair red-herring, which someone lies about to make them look guilty.

Honestly, we've all seen miscarriages of justice happen in this World, would you really risk it?

For me, the story is about much more than just who did it.

I like it Bluray, the pace is good for me, it gives me time to consider what is happening and what has happened.

Me too! I'm switching over now to watch some Law & Order.

I'll rejoin this in week 8.

Yeah, but being accused of murder wouldn't sully your reputation.

I like how slow it is going, it is showing more of a back story than who killed Danny. Every one of the villagers has a story or something to hide, and it is interesting finding out about each one.

    This.

I also like the pacing, I wouldn't want a rushed out story. I think this is one of the best ITV drama's in years as well.

I didn't watch The Killing no.

But I love good drama so I don't think my viewing credentials are lacking. I'm just a bit bored by it. Hopefully this will pick up

So they are both having it off with someone else
