The MUSCLE building thread, grrrrr

Given the success of the weight loss thread, this is now the thread for all those who wish to build muscle. We will discuss our training regimes, our diets, and even what clothes to wear to maximise out physiques. We will occasionally post pictures of our progress.

All are welcome.

Is this all a clever ploy to post your semi-nude photos again?

I think it is and lets not forget also a space to explain his stamina with the ladies and his impressive manhood.

However I think i will follow this thread just to count how many times the word "Bra" comes up.

And my answer would be "Everyday, a cup of tea, up and down. My reps on cup of tea lifting are out of this world. Bra"

If I was a trainer, I'd be pretty cross if he spent 60 mins on me too. Bra.

I've always presumed he was 5 foot 2 and Essex-tanned orange.

    An Oompa Loompa, essentially.

This was a photo I posted of myself on here in July, in a thread where the less-confident I asked for an opinion on whether or not it is acceptable to wear a plain-white t-shirt on a night out - http://i47.tinypic.com/15wz7fr.png - I had only just started lifting.

8 months on, this is me in a rugby shirt that is now 2 sizes too small, posing shamelessly with my arm tensed -
