He called it Rhubarb And Custard, never referred to a custard pie, and explained that "They're classic flavours ... that's the fun part of it ... it's childhood memories of those types of flavours"
I don't think he even recognised that a custard pie has some relevance to comedy! :eek:

I'm just glad he didn't have the cojones to reply, when asked where the humour was, to just say "It's a serious dish, but I think there's plenty of humour across the menu" which both of the others used, more or less, on one of their courses and Jeremy (least understanding of the brief in the history of the series) awarded top marks to Richard after being told that.

She won celeb masterchef, obviously knows her stuff. Shame she was asked to judge such an atrocious set of dishes.
