He said police were there but were waiting for armed officers and stayed back for 20 minutes.
And the men had the opportunity to do harm to others but didn't.

I am sat here, watching Peppa Pig with my two children. They are resting after their dinner and soon will have a bath and settle down for bed. Me? I am appalled that something like this can happen. ITV London just showed a clip of the guy with the machete...they had blurred his face out but you could see him holding the machete with blood all over his hands! He was obviously being filmed by someone on a phone.
