The boys keep on singing, you never even hear them being surprised by it all. Even a seasoned singer would respond to something like this. This was a set-up. And hey, it's worked, we're talking about it.
I thought it was a protest, nothing to do with it being fixed, but the BIB^ did make me wonder at the time as they seemed so completely unaffected by the interuption
Also someone wrote earlier in the thread about Cowell not having a spare jacket, which normally he would have, unless he just likes showing off his hairy chest
Whether it was staged or not she looked like she was insane, grinning and just loving to selfishly interrupt a performance of 2 talented guys who had prepared for weeks for.
If she did it because she was told to do it she needs help for being so gullible, if not she clearly needs a psychiatrist. Stupid b*int.
Of course it was a stunt - loads of publicity for the show, people talking about it again, and a passport to 15 minute stardom for a hitherto unknown music act. What's not to like?
Again, it's publicity for Natalie Holt and the throwing of the eggs. Attraction have been relegated to an afterthought in favour of this silly bint and her "protest". Nobody is talking about the show and everybody is talking about the egg throwing.
But i'll ask again - if it was a stunt (which it wasn't..) why now?
Why this year when the final was stronger than the last two finals?
Surely a weaker lineup would have warranted such a stunt to divert attention from the fact the acts weren't up to much?
Anybody who thinks this was anything other than a publicity stunt organised by Cowell and his cronies is an idiot. A moron. A halfwit, if you will.
IT. WAS. A. STUNT.
In your opinion, if they wanted a stunt and publicity then the auritons or semi finals would be where to do it, but with good ratings and the final there was no need at all
Don't think it was a publicity stunt, if so then why not in a semi final?
In my opinion it was simply the stupid action of a selfish, jealous and bitter woman.

Let's be totally clear here:
Anybody who thinks this was anything other than a petulant act of revenge by an embittered former contestant is pretentious. conceited. smug, if you will.
Why do reports say 'security' whisked her away when it was the floor manager Alan Conley?
Also where were the official photographers down at the front, only picture I've seen is after she's been whisked off still in the arms of Alan Conley joined by one other.
I watched a clip on Youtube and the woman looks positively manic to the point where I found viewing her uncomfortable. If her antics weren't staged I would heavily recommend she get assessed for potential mental health problems. If it was staged, then she's a bloody good actress to look so convincingly deranged.
It seems the stupid selfish little idiot was a contestant in a group called Raven in lasts years BGT and didn't get through to the semi finals.
Pathetically desperate for fame and attention.....so much so she is not in her right mind and needs psychiatric help for sure.

You're over-thinking it.
Two alternatives -
1. Lovely talented young woman with a vendetta against Cowell just happens to get hired as a musician on BGT and sneak in a load of eggs to throw at him as a protest with the end result that people start talking about BGT again and the young lady gets her name in all the papers
2. Natalie is hired as a musician AND eggthrower in a publicity stunt dreamed up by one of Cowell's minions.
Only consolation is that in either scenario Cowell gets eggs thrown at him. That at least is real!
Nobody outside of those involved in the event really know what it was so there's no point in anyone claiming definitives. IMO, it wasn't a stunt but if it was it was a rather pathetic and pointless one.

I've said it before and i'll say it again - people are talking about Natalie Holt and what she did. NOT about Britain's Got Talent. Sure, she got her name in the papers, but she must have been aware that would happen.

Still no tangible or logical reason why though. If people were talking about Britan's Got Talent as a show overall I might be able to get on board, but they're not. And considering it's one of ITV's flagship shows and consistently delivers the numbers, there really is no logical reason to stage such a stunt.

Publicity for Natalie is publicity for the show - every time anyone sees her they will think about her throwing eggs at Simon Cowell so I think the distinction you are making is artificial. The smile on her face when she was doing it said it all - this was not an angry woman driven to take desperate revenge for all the miming whatever that SC has inflicted on the world. This was a young woman happy in the knowledge she was being paid by BGT, likely to become an overnight celebrity and getting to throw eggs at Simon Cowell. I expect her to be invited back on the show at some point under some spurious pretext
Publicity, schmublicity. Any credibility she may have had has been thrown out along with the bathwater.
If she's that concerned and wanting to take a stand against Cowell et al, her time would have been better spent not bothering with the while charade in the 1st ppalce.

Been mentioned many times over these threads. I'd like to know what this "grip" actually amounts to.
PLEASE. PROVIDE. PROOF. OTHERWISE. IT'S. JUST. YOUR. OPINION.
Since I do not actually associate Cowell with music as I understand the word music to mean, I dont care.:)
Why this affects a cellist I have no idea.

I'd say the opposite actually ..

Beyond lame.
