...does it go against the principle of isolating the housemates?
By letting them know who is the most 'popular' of the three (or more) up for eviction, it tells the other housemates who the public favour, whereas in previous years there were no clues to this and the eviciton was a straightforward clinical 'it's...whoever' and that was it.
If they continue with midweek saves, it could really alter the dynamics inside the house, especially if the HMs keep nominating someone who then keeps being 'saved' by the public...
What do you think? A worthwhile additon to the mix or should it be as it has always been?

Its vote to evict. So the popularity doesn't come into it.
You could have the most fans but still be evicted!
Yes it does, albeit it as an indicator of lack of unpopularity.
And when you're stuck in isolation and that is the only morsel of informaton you get about the thinking of the public, it'll take on a significance much greater than on the outside.
I for one would hate to be a housemate constantly getting `saved`, only to come last on final night when its vote to win. Finding out I was only safe because I was too dull for people to even vote for me.
The whole thing is flawed.
Last year everyone was saying it should be 3 or more housemates up as it was vote to save.
Now they have done this, but changed it to evict!!
Its all one big money making scheme now and you would be a fool to vote at all.
Eh?? I thought the noms were still on Monday
AJ whatsherface said noms were on Sunday when she was talking to Sallie on Bit on the side. Wouldn't surprise me if she was wrong though.
That's why I've never voted. Ever!
