1986. Cobbled together with outtakes and spare footage from other Ninja Films made by the same team of incompetents, who were trying to squeeze out every drop from the footage they had of a z list American actor they paid for one movie.
Movies about ninjas should be awesome but they're usually horseplop
Twilight Breaking Dawn part 1. The worst movie I have ever sat through. It was just boring, lazy, terribly acted... Even the cast look like they don't want to be there! A classic example of there being nowhere near enough story for 2 movies. This film was a disgrace.
Saw it on Movies24 a few months back. Appalling film, really, really disappointing. With such an epic name and an airing on such a high quality channel, I was expecting Oscar-class cinema. In reality, the plot was laughable, the dialogue was as bad as that heard in Attack of the Clones, the 'special effects' were an insult to my intelligence and the acting was atrocious.
6/10.
The title says it all. What decent actor would take anthing to done with this. Big money says it all.And everybody getting a bloody good laugh at them. Actors that take these movies it just shows they cant act.And there career down the toilet.Serves them right. Classic example Bruce Boxlitnighter.

You could watch these flicks steaming drunk and still be roaring with laughter. There usally dubbed with there mouths not moving when someone is talking. What was that Skippy.
I suppose the worst would be the biggest disappointment, the Silent Hill movie was utterly dreadful, no idea how they were able to get it so wrong compared to the tone and story of the game. People had long said that the Silent Hill game would be an easy movie to make as most of the work is done, yet somehow they messed it up. That happens a lot with the Movie > Game and vice versa.
The complete worst of the worst, is always Samurai Cop. If anyone can get a hold of it I suggest you do, its the single greatest film, in that it shows you everything that can be done wrong is done wrong. And new ways to make a bad film were discovered. I would tell you bits about it, big parts, but its so hard to choose from. The awful fighting, the bizare casting (one actor keeps appearing in a wig then his previous long hair), the story veers off course like crazy, the script is beyond laughable, the effects are beyond the pale (the fireworks for machine guns is a personal fav of mine, as is the paintball gun pretending to be a real gun), the ENDLESS male taint shots. Dear god it seems to just wait for the next time to show some men in underpants rolling around. Also the overt sexual flirting with the helicopter pilot at the start is so strange as well.
All in all its truly something everyone should see, as it ends up being one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

No chance, Part 2 was way, way worse....it was all a "simulation/dream/future flash".....no, oh hell no!
My friend bought it for me for 50p from a boot sale as a joke. I wanted to turn it off after about 8 minutes but managed to watch for a further 8 before turning it off out of sheer boredom.
Who knew that a film about two people continuously having sex could be so dull.
One that immediately springs to mind is the 2008 Keanu remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still. That really was one hell of a turkey and I much prefer the original 1951 B&W film.
I saw this film on FilmFour a couple years ago because l was too unwell to see it when it first came out in the cinema. In one sense that's a good thing because I'd have been well brassed off to have paid good money to watch that lemon of a film.
I paid to watch this in an IMAX cinema. It was extremely boring. All the characters were stiff, wooden and life-less. I thought Keanu Reeves paid the emotionless alien quite well, be un-intentional.
Training Day with Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke.
Apparently Denzel got an oscar for his part in this rubbish.
Didn't think much of Madagascar 3. Even my two kids got fed up half way through.
Slept all through Crimson Tide and then discovered I was taking the flu the next day. Wouldn't be my type of film anyway
Madagascar 3 was a real disappointment. It completely went off the theme of the 1st two films.
The worst film I have ever seen is probably Memento. I've loved Guy Pierce since his days in Neighbours, but that film was pathetic. I still don't understand the plot. It made no sense whatsoever.

Re Memento - you know, labelling a film as the worst because you didn't understand it is kind of ridiculous.
It had a plot and it made sense...and a five year old could have figured out the non-linear story structure very easily.
Memento is one of the most unique and individual movies ever...and director Christopher Nolan went on to make the recent Batman movies and Inception.

No it's not ridiculous. The film made sense to you, but the plot made absolutely no sense to me and franky was a waste of 2 hours of my life. People are allowed to have individual views on films.
Tha fact that Chris Nolan went on to make the recent Batman films, which I adore, has nothing to do with my opinion of Memento. I still think it is the worst film I have ever seen.

The plot is simple very simple, the narrative is just in reverse. It's not a bad movie per se, you just couldn't follow the format. Your own failings do not make the movie bad as much as they suggest you can't follow a film unless it is linear in it's presentation.
Surf Ninjas and Chopper Chicks In Zombietown are probably the worst I've seen.
Bladerunner (but I think I need to rewatch it...)
The Final Destination 3D (the 4th in the series, unbelievably bad)
Signs (its just plain ridiculous)
Indiana Jones: Legend of the Crystal Skull is up there too
There's not a character in it I care for, or identify with and it represents that smug upper middle class vibe that I detest. And its got the biggest concentration of overrated actors that I've seen.

Yeah, you do. It's one of the best films of the past forty years.

Maybe not the worst film of all time, but has to be a contender for the top 10.
oops wrong thread
Definitely not the worst movie

Same goes for Battleship and the Transformers 1 - 3

The Woman in Black could be up for consideration too.
Could a film based on what is basically Tai Chi really be that boring? Yes!

Its the Showgirls of the sci fi world! I LOVE IT! Anything with Caroline Munroe is sheer class!
