    "Could Daley Ojuederie face arrest?"

No. Now get back to fear mongering and thinly veiled racism.

If the police question Daley they should film it and sent a copy to Emma.. show her how it should have been done.

Huh? Was it wrong then that Saatchi was given a police caution?

In that case would our word as viewers and therefore witnesses be taken into consideration?! I really hope this doesn't happen because although I am not a Daley fan, I am a tax payer!

I think its highly likely they will interview Hazel given the publicity around the matter. She will say something along the lines of there was no offence and she wants to leave it there. The police will then drop the matter.

Surely it would have already happened by now if they were going to.

Exactly, wouldn't be surprised if someone has made a complaint about it, so the police have to investigate.

It's all on film, so they could charge him without her go-ahead.

    Hope they do.

It's the Daily Star front page story, which was an excuse for another Hazel bikini picture.

It seems to have taken some time considering the Police have been monitoring the show regarding Dan and Yew Tree involvement.

Which will suit her just fine. This sums it up. She certainly won't press charges. There's a distinct possibility they'll be seen together if she thinks the price and the exposure is right.

Maybe they could go back and watch all the other footage of debagging on all the BB series. There'd be an awful lot of arrests!

It's not 'assault causing bodily harm' as there was no harm done to her body, no doctor no bruise no nothing.. so what can they arrest him for?

Assault and threatening violence. Mo mitigating circumstances, and ALL on film as solid evidence. Fact. Bruising has nothing to do with charges. Her pulling his pants down in this scenario is sexual intent and would be laughed out of court.

Charles Saatchi was cautioned for raising his hands to Nigella Lawson's throat in public.

would be a joke if he got charged for it.
she didn't want or even expect for him to get kicked out of the house.

He turned himself in actually.. so we don't know what the police would have done if he hadn't physically walked into the station..

He was also married to this person and lived with this person so the fear is, what's he doing behind closed doors.. not the case with Hazel in any way shape or form..
