I wanted to like this (based solely on the fact that one of the characters was in Jam and Jerusalem and I love that show to bits, even though the character she played in J&J was very annoying) but I couldn't get into it. There were a couple of bits that made me giggle, but I'm a bit daft and I laugh at silly things that others don't tend to find funny- nothing hilarious though even by my (admittedly pretty low :P) standards. I might watch the next episode to see if it picks up, but I'm not overly impressed so far.

Not sure I can wait 6 weeks to find out the "cabbage" joke.
Judging by Diane Morgan's accent, in fact all three of the same family have wildly varying accents.
Edit; I thought that was Emma Kennedy
It makes The Job Lot look like comedy gold.
Barbara was also very funny in Cranford.
