Naff, naff, naff as hell. So contrived and twee.

Am I alone in feeling this way? Prefer funkier stuff myself, and I'm CK's "target market". Just because I'm a homely woman does not mean I can tolerate that hideously chintzy overpriced tat.

I'm not a fan. Wouldn't give it house room etc.

Nope and add in Jo Malone and The White Company to that as well. So yummy-mummy middle class.

I love the designs but far too expensive for me

    Not my scene

I like the spotty stuff, , but it's so expensive.

I have a couple of bits that I got for my birthday, it's stuff I wouldn't buy though

There is a White Company in Cambridge. Who on earth has a grand to spend on a sheepskin bean bag??? Who!

I can't stand Cath Kidston crap. Its all too mumsy for my liking.
How its got a cult following I'll never know! Its like those pandora things - cack, yet has a massive following. I really don't get it.

Edit. Mumsy and pretentious crap. I really do not get the obsession so many have with it.

I've got a Cath Kidston pinny, two Boden skirts and a couple of things from the White Company :o

I'm not a 'yummy mummy' (how I hate that term!), menopausal nor middle class.

The pinny has been worn once, both skirts also worn once and the White Company bits are a mattress topper and a mattress protector (only place I could find a 100% cotton one).

    No Jo Malone though :D

Oh, and Boden? Sheesh! I'm there with you. It's all the new old Laura Ashley.

Just the bags? The whole lot is hideous, like granny's 80s wallpaper & curtains. How on earth it's so popular it's beyond me.

You can go too far the other way though, like buying something from Create and Craft:eek:.

At the price range, they're competing with the likes of LK Bennett and Karen Millen. Madness.

Don't like it, can't afford it!

I prefer to look for odds and ends that appeal to me, not bothered about everything being co-ordinated as long as I enjoy looking at it :)
