Even to the extent that this one is, according to that report, loosely based on The Oaks just like Marchlands was.
Great that DM's got work but it looks like ITV are seriously running out of ideas if they're planning on doing another 'three time periods, bit spooky, based on the same US pilot' so quickly after the last one.
I'm pleased that they want to do more spooky drama but a bit more originality in the set up would have been nice rather than just copying the format of Marchlands so closely.
OK, resurrecting this thread again to mention Danny's new role in Scott and Bailey as a young Detective working alongside the leading lady crime fighters. Looks like he's going to be a regular addition to the series.

Just popping in to say goodbye. It really is the end of an era. Had great fun here for a few months and it still makes me sad that the thread died a death like it did for one reason or another. Nice to see some other old faces reappearing tonight. Don't know what else to say really just that it's been great and thankfully some of the people I first met here are still in my life so that can't be a bad thing. Bye :)
I like Aaron as a character and I'm happy he's back but does anyone feel as if there is no chance of him having another relationship because of who he is played by?
Hey guys! As said above it's nice to see some of the old faces (usernames) posting with Aaron being back. Gives a sense of nostalgia. I haven't actually watched any episodes yet but I'm keeping up roughly with what's going on in the show with Aaron. Never know, I might get back into it. It's great to see Danny back and hopefully Aaron wont be as depressing this time around so that we can enjoy his screentime a bit more
