This basically. If she seriously wanted to take this up, then I'd probably have to reconsider the entire relationship, and find somebody more on my level...
You can probably imagine some of the pervy stuff that gets sent.
The really worrying ones are things like photoshopped pictures of the presenter stuck into a photo of the caller's wedding pictures with the girl's head replacing that of the caller's (presumably ex-) wife.

Here was me thinking that the vast majority of men who enjoy those channels were sherry-drinking intellectuals.
So a friend of mine is in this position, He has been with his GF for 2 years, and she has been offered a job working on one of those mucky channels.
He is going ape s**t, and he does not know how to handle it at all.
Now she is a sweet girl and he is worried she would be corrupted easily.
Would you mind if your OH worked on those channels?
My flatmate worked for an adult video production company as an administrative assistant. Through her, I had a temporary job at that company as a receptionist when theirs was on maternity leave. Even though it was just a receptionist job, my ex wasn't happy. He was worried I would be roped into it, but I was never asked, not even as a joke. Same with my flatmate. The office was above the board and not at all sleazy.
The only real differences between a typical AV production office and a typical production office were the promotional materials in the AV office and a standard-but-strict policy (we weren't allowed to let anyone under 21 into our office or appear in an AV production, for example). His concerns were groundless and he got over it soon enough.
If that channel was serious and above the board, they would be happy to let your friend and his gf visit the head office and that they would be fine with answering questions.

In the early days when Babestation didn't pay very much then I wouldn't be happy but these days it's a different story cos the girls have to "show" more, so therefore they are paid more.
Never underestimate the intelligence of these girls though - most of them are would-be students saving up for university, law school etc. Loads of girls do stuff like Babestation, sex lines, non-sexual escorting etc because its quick easy money. They get paid enough to save quickly for tuition fees while still being able to fund a young person's lifestyle.
I don't blame them to be honest.... if I was female, had things to save up for and had a nice rack (which you don't even need for Babestation!) I'd do the same.
I would not like it if my OH worked at Babestation, a lot of the girls on there will probably regret doing it later in life unless they want to have that kind of career

You do find most "normal" blokes can't handle things like this. The testosterone starts flying, questions about her intelligence, questions about how 'easy' she is - all sorts of stuff like that.
If I knew the OP's friend's girlfriend, i'd actually actively encourage her to chuck the other half and take the job if she really wants to give it a go and he starts getting possessive.
