Howdy Corrie folks! Hope everyone didn't get too spooked last night  I've taken on thread duties for this evening so let's have a look-see at what's in store...

Episode One:
Episode Two:
Won't be watching live with the rest of you (tonight's turned rather manic which is why the thread's so basic ) but hope you can all attempt to enjoy the eps - despite copious amounts of Faymien and her minion

Warning: Faymien and her minion will be featuring a lot tonight
Episode One:
Nick is heartbroken following Leanne's revelation. Worried about his recovery, Gail implores Leanne to give him another chance, reminding her that this all started because she went to Peter on their wedding day.
With Leanne's guilt piqued, she offers Nick the chance to spend some time with Simon, suggesting that he takes him to Faye's party. Hoping this is a sign he's making headway with Leanne, Nick agrees. But as the kids race around him, picking up on his condition, will an emotionally and physically fragile Nick lose his cool?
Meanwhile, as Faye's Halloween party gets under way, Grace makes sure she's top dog in a super cool costume that puts everyone else's efforts to shame. However, as Grace makes fun of Simon, Owen starts to notice her mean streak. Having raised daughters, he's seen girls like Grace before and warns Anna. But will Anna be prepared to listen?
Elsewhere, as Eileen plans another night in front of the TV, Liz decides a girls' night out is what she needs to snap her out of the doldrums.
Also, Anna covers for Tim, who's forgotten to get Faye the costume he promised, in order to protect her from the truth. Witnessing this, it makes Roy think about his own dilemma.

Episode Two:
Leanne is horrified to walk in on Nick's outburst and ushers a shaken Simon out. Back at the Platts', Nick is deflated, now convinced that his chances of a reconciliation with Leanne are over.
Later, as Leanne discusses Nick's betrayal with Stella and Eva, she admits how much she loves him. Will she be able to see a way to forgive Nick for the hurt he's caused, or is their marriage over for good?
Meanwhile, Faye is mortified as Anna calls the party to a premature end, while Sally has a go at Grace for the cruel way she taunted Nick. Although Owen agrees with Sally, he publicly backs Anna, who defends a seemingly contrite Grace. But with the adults out of earshot, will Grace reveal her true colours?
Elsewhere, as Eileen enjoys an evening with Liz and Deirdre, it's topped off by a text from Todd who reveals that he's coming home for a visit.
Also, with Hayley due home next week, Roy makes preparations for her return.

Hello there Cobbleheads
Hope your weekend gets less manic!
Hi all!
Don’t worry if you have played before. The game is a bit like a simplified version of Fantasy Football so if you fancy having a go just read the rules below. And, if you're an Emmerdale viewer you can play the Emmerdale version of the game. Just check out any of this week's "Emmerdaily" thread for instructions.
Anyway, it’s a very easy game to play. The object of the game is to pick a team of 11 characters from those listed below which you think will score the more points than the other people playing the game.
Once you’ve whittled your shortlist down to 11 characters you will then need to nominate one of them as Captain. This character will have their score doubled so you’re really looking to identify the character which you think will score the most points during the month to maximise your chances of winning.
Then, simply post your choices on the thread or send them to me via PM, and keep an eye out for the Monday Episode Thread to see how your “team” is doing in the score updates.
The scoring system works as follows:-
+ 1 point per episode appearance
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the first words in the episode.
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the last words in the episode before the break.
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the first words in the episode after the break
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the last words in the episode.
+ 1 point for any kisses on the lips. If you have both characters who kiss in your team each character will receive a point.
+ 2 bonus points for any character that appears in 5 or more episodes during the week. In the event of any episodes being transmitted on a weekend the week will run from Monday to Sunday.
+ Remember that your team Captain gets their score doubled!!!
Once you’ve done all that you can also pick a name for your team. This will be listed in the Score Updates.
Your “Starting List” for November’s Corrie Challenge is as follows:-
• Remember you need to select ELEVEN characters (including a captain) – no more, no less.
