21 Jump Street, which surprised me by actually being very funny. I definitely recommend it.

Toy Story 3 - an absolute delight! Probably one of my favourite ever Pixar films.

    The Titfield Thunderbolt. Good-natured fun.

Watched half of 'The Voice of Merrill' before falling asleep.

I watched Toy Story 3 even though I already have it on Blu Ray. Havent seen the BBC Christmas Day film premiere for years so recorded it and watched at 5.45. As you say an absolute delight from start to finish. Dismissed by many as a kids film but it is so much more.

Watched Spartacus for the umpteenth time. Not that I'm complaining. ;) Also watched The Red Shoes in the morning, which is such a great watch (can't go much wrong with Powell and Pressburger). Other than those films and a few others (like Casablanca), there wasn't much else on that inspired me to concentrate on the TV yesterday.

The Fly 2, Lord of the rings 2 and finally Bloodsport, a varied selection I think one will agree. All downloaded from Sky Store for free.

    World War Z

It was a pretty darn good film but not the kind of film I should have watched on Christmas. Next time, I'll watch something more cheerful. What the hell was I thinking?! :D

Iron Man Three, having never seen Two or One. Actually a very good film, with good action and humour-plus what they did with the arch-villain was ingenious, as well.

I watched two thirds of Toy Story 3.

First third, then had dinner, then caught the rest.

Devil's Pass aka The Dyatlov Pass Incident.

The real-life mystery which gives the film its name is far more interesting.

Miracle on 34th Street (1947) on Christmas Eve and then Man of Steel on Christmas day.

Enjoyed them both for slightly different reasons :)

I watched Christmas In Connecticut, The Christmas Shoes & The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year. A complete cheese-fest.

Didn't watch anything that was actually on telly.Just some favourite dvds which have 'quality assured'as I bought them, and not more repeats of stuff I have already seen/don't ever want to see!
