I don't know where to put this, so I'll use this thread to list some of my New Year presents.
Only God Forgives (my spouse got me this as he knows I quite liked Drive) 20th Century Boys (my granddad got me this because he remembered me reading the comic when I was younger. Bless him.) Populaire (my gran chose this because she thought the cover "looks lovely", not at all like "those dark, horrible films you like". ) Cowboy Bebop: Complete Edition (my brother knows I generally don't like watching anything animated.) Kochuu: Japanese Architecture / Influences & Origins (another odd choice from the same brother. At this point, I'm willing to bet that he did a grab-and-buy hit at last minute.)
Really liked this film and find it a lot better than the other one though you cannot really compare them but when people say Project X this is the film I always think of. the monkey one.
