I enjoyed it, I know this probably won't help, but it is the first death in three months, so it's not like people are dying left, right and centre. I'm hoping Trevor now turns on Fraser - would make it interesting.
Let me guess, Fraser will get away with it! I'm actually sick of HO.
Don't forget about Callum. Shot in the summer and a few months later stabbed through the heart with a Samari sword. Luckily neither his friends or his mother gave a shit for long. They're all very desensitised to death in Hollyoaks village. Happily, we have a bunch of wooden Roscoes to fill the void though and a lovely wooden Valentine to fill Jim's.
Absolutely shite...like seriously, BK? Seemingly another death.
How bloody unimaginative (where's the rolleyes emoticon when you need it >:()
Accidents and injuries are ten a penny these days, for most soaps those would be actual stories not just filler before the advert break. Wish they'd keep it simple.
That whole scene was a carbon copy of Dennis' death lol. Carmel was basically playing the role of Sharon with Jim as Dennis, and Fraser as Johnny Allen . The shots of Jim and Carmel seeing each other on opposite ends of the village was very reminiscent of Dennis and Sharon's short reunion in the Square, only for the hitman to brush past Jim and fatally stab him as with Dennis. Jim even flinched like Dennis after the hitman brushed past him . Kirkwood must have been a huge fan of EE back in 2005 .
So gutted Jim has gone. One of my favourites and I wasn't aware he was going to leave. I didn't like his involvement with the gangsters, but was looking forward to him and Carmel getting married and starting a life together! Very disappointed!:(
Yeah, he has now (needlessly, might I add) paid homage to Eastenders twice now - first with Browning's Murder, now with Jim's Murder.
Oh yeah, that's a good point, Mike. Kirkwood's current stint is such a far cry from his superb first stint, where he actually attempted to be original.

His first stint was amazing, I like this stint but the gangster crap dragging it down.
There was no need for Jim to be killed off, I guess this is all leading up to the whodunit.

I'm done with Hollyoaks right now. This is nonsense.
Its starting to annoy me now too!
I know there have been a lot of deaths on this show, but none have been as infuriating as this one.
Loved Carmel/JP scene.
I wouldn't be surprised. Doing this many deaths is ridiculous and become meaningless after so many times.

I liked him. He was like James Spader in Boston Legal - the wacky but brilliant lawyer.
Yet another death in HO.
I just about to post that!

Everything in tonights hollyoaks with Fraser, Carmel and Jim was like eastenders Sharon, Danny, Dennis and Johnny.
Sinead needs to shut up and get over her jealousy with Lynesy.
I wish Jim had a happy ending and wasn't killed off.
Fraser got away with another crime seems he'll forever to get away with his crimes.
JP been great in tonights hollyoaks episode.
