Was half expecting Kylies new one to make an appearence, i think its out on itunes in france? The average number one single sells well under 20k a week in france? Much less than i thought.

Years ago it was full of domestic acts whereas nowadays it seems quite americanised. Hopefully the Kylie Minogue single will chart in France next week. It's a nice song.

Thanks for your message !
MIKA is a new judge in this year's The Voice in France. His three albums reached the top spot here.
Kylie is now at 62 with her new song, so I don't expect a Top 20 for next week's chart.
Last year it happened that the singles chart-topper only sold 6k !

In the download era, French songs are not very popular, to say the least.
I like the idea that we all are Kylie's fans !
