    Compliance 9/10.

    Based on a true story.
I actually read the real case it was based on after watching the film & shocked at how far this prank went.:o

Man at the Carlton Tower [1961]. Director: Robert Tronson

    6/10

Enjoyably daft plotted Edgar Wallace mystery packed full of familiar faces (Alan Cuthbertson, Terence Alexander, Alfred Burke, Nigel Green). Hard not to smirk every time Sergeant Pepper of the Yard turns up.

The Aviator - Not sure if I bought DiCaprio as a young Howard Hughes, this was a time when he was still struggling to shake off his baby faced Titanic image. Weirdly I found him more convincing as the older, reclusive Hughes. Cate Blanchett was really good too.

    7/10

    Population 436 (2006) - 5/10

A U.S. census bureau employee visits an isolated town to learn why it has a fixed number of population for decades.
Packaged as horror, it's a surprisingly entertaining dose of modern gothic mystery/drama, even though it offers a daft premise, clichés, wooden performances and all. Worth seeing if you fancy a Sunday-afternoon B-movie in the vein of Tales of the Unexpected or Twilight Zone.

I Spit On Your Grave. (2010) 7/10. Decent remake of what was once a video nasty.

It is, Gemma. It stars a young Juliette Binoche.

Don't think you can go too far wrong with a Daniel Auteuil film :)
