Evening folks. The air pollution warnings certainly weren't a con, we've had four staff faint this afternoon and everything's covered in brownish dust here in the East Midlands……… you could say it's all going beige……
Peter's going mad being told there are TWO babehs on the way has made him go to drunk, go directly to drunk, do not pass Go, do not collect two hundred pounds later, when he calls a cab, Ten Bellies McDonald picks him up and can't believe his eyes, the guy is sozzled………. quick thinking Steve invents a story to tell Michelle and Carla and books him and Barlow into a hotel so he can sober up…….. but under the influence, Peter tells Steve the whole story …………..
Busty Eva is in a Right State, and well she might be, as Saint Stella is leaving off to New York already, and not even a child washed…….. she thinks she's being deserted, but Jason and Tony tell her she should support her mum - will she change her mind before The Beige Bombshell leaves for good?………
Bully Beef Owen is feeling ashamed ;-) as he has to bully Real Dad Tim to get Faye's school trip money….. and speaking of Tim, Sally's "proper narked" at him for lying about Maddie and the burglar thing, but despite this, gives Skanky Mads one last chance she's staying at the Webster's………….
No mention of Fiz in the Radio Times we're on green alert for the Fizzbomb.

ON THIS DAY IN CORRIE HISTORY
A SERIES BY agatha
Just one this week, but it's a landmark - it's 34 years to the day that Ena Sharples last appeared on the nation's "favourite" Street.
2nd April 1980

Agatha's Midweek Ratings Poll will appear as usual as the credits roll. Last week's episode, which was all about Gary and Owen nicking tiles and getting caught by Phelan, was a bit of a disaster, scoring 3.75 out of 10 on mean average!
See you later.

Aww, Ena. I didn't realise she made it through to 1980.
From the spoilers, and recent form, it sounds like another cr@p episode.
Hi all!
Hello there Cobbleheads
So, head on over to the Survivor thread(s) and cast your votes!
Corrie: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1952494
And
Emmerdale: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1952492
Neither did I if you remind me later, I have a superb picture of Violet Carson taken before the concrete revamp of Salford, I'll post it later
And cheers, aggie!
April is here and time is running out if you’re thinking of submitting a team for April’s Corrie Challenge game.
Don’t worry if you have played before. The game is a bit like a simplified version of Fantasy Football so if you fancy having a go just read the rules below. And, if you're an Emmerdale viewer you can play the Emmerdale version of the game. Just check out any of this week's "Emmerdaily" thread for instructions.
Anyway, it’s a very easy game to play. The object of the game is to pick a team of 11 characters from those listed below which you think will score the more points than the other people playing the game.
Once you’ve whittled your shortlist down to 11 characters you will then need to nominate one of them as Captain. This character will have their score doubled so you’re really looking to identify the character which you think will score the most points during the month to maximise your chances of winning.
Then, simply post your choices on the thread or send them to me via PM, and keep an eye out for the Monday Episode Thread to see how your “team” is doing in the score updates.
The scoring system works as follows:-
+ 1 point per episode appearance
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the first words in the episode.
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the last words in the episode before the break.
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the first words in the episode after the break
+ 1 point for the character that speaks the last words in the episode.
+ 1 point for any kisses on the lips. If you have both characters who kiss in your team each character will receive a point.
+ 2 bonus points for any character that appears in 5 or more episodes during the week. In the event of any episodes being transmitted on a weekend the week will run from Monday to Sunday.
+ Remember that your team Captain gets their score doubled!!!
Once you’ve done all that you can also pick a name for your team. This will be listed in the Score Updates.
Your “Starting List” for April’s Corrie Challenge is as follows:-
• Remember you need to select ELEVEN characters (including a captain) – no more, no less.

I've just come in through the back in honour of her! Lol
Sorry.
And yes it will be good. Drunken Peter is always good value - one of very few actors who can act drunk convincingly.
I agree. He plays it brilliantly. I can only think of phil in eastenders who was as convincing a drunk as peter
Hello cobbleheads and bye bye Stella I for one will miss you.
And when he was on crack that was the best three weeks of Eastenders ever
I've got the bunting out and am throwing a street party. :D:p
I like to see Baby Oleg :D
I hope Stella's farewell includes a final pilgrimage to Toni's grave.
