Sack the cleaners- not enough energy ;-/

So if I understand it correctly Mr Dixon examined the door after it had been cleaned in the courtroom and trampled over by police boots and reconstructed with bits missing and stored in a policeman's office?

I think he might be a naturist. I can see no other reason for his photo interest in whether the new neighbours of Mrs Stipp can see her through her parted curtains.

    :o What a thought :o

You're obsessed with the unflappable Mrs Stipp...bet you wouldn't mind parting her curtains yourself ;-)

I think she is... why does she criticise what Nel's saying all the time.. never Mr Roux tho.. I think I can tell where she's swaying.

That's a non-sequitur though, because she doesn't criticise him 'all the time'.

Nel's style of questioning is more aggressive than Roux's, so it's quite natural there will be more interjections during Nel's questioning.

I don't understand why the photo's are not already in the evidence file. And Dixon went ratty when Nel asked him to bring them in :o

He is a bit like the rat people in Grimm

I think we can dismiss the evidence of this ridiculous non-expert.

That is my impression. But he might prove us wrong by providing a summary of the points made by Dixon this morning. He has been mocking people for not listening to the content of the testimony so he must be listening to it himself ...

    hmm i think he is

just trying to wind people up!

Because some of them DID hear the cricket bat and interpreted it as gunshots.

Sorry but none of us know for sure if they heard the cricket bat or gunshots.

Remember that not everything stated in court is the truth. Not even judges' verdicts are necessarily correct, they just have to do the best they can with the evidence provided.

So we, relying on limited evidence, cannot say for sure what the neighbours really heard that night.

    Sounds like that to me.

Apparently The Prof nearly turned down Roux and Co. Stuff on Twitter about it.

And his 18 years experience working for the state forensics department investigating crime scenes?

"im not an anatomist or physiologist or qualified in any medical way"

I cannot believe this guy is trying to be an expert in a murder trial.

Why are they allowing him to give evidence regarding anatomy?

Nel`s going to have an easy time of it if the rest are of his calibre. ;)

Oscar could`ve let you have some. He has a full box with only four missing.

Naughty Straker! Seriously, Black Talon ammo is hard to get hold of, then OP must have gone out of his way to get it, and I ask myself, why did he need such ammo?
