This 'expert' just shows how the defense is clutching at straws, they obviously could not find a credible one to agree with OP's version(s).

i completely agree. I think that they've had to rehash a lot of his 'evidence' since OP's appalling 'performance' in the witness box last week and it's all falling apart.

Nobody can possibly defend this. This witness has been ripped to absolute shreds.

Devastating for the defence. He's actually merely strengthened the prosecution case.

The geologist has dug himself a deeper hole.

He has deliberately presented evidence to the court that is completely false.

    :D:D:D:D

Haha, not only was the model shorter than OP, but it was taken from street level. Good grief!

That's appalling - deliberate misleading of the court.

What? Dixon is talking garbage. He is trying to suggest that you get a better vantage point from street level

Helpful definition of the word "curtains" there from Dixon.

And from the wrong place, and the wrong distance.

And with his own camera, on a different night with different ambient conditions. ALL variables were incorrect.

My theory is that the Stipps closed their curtains because an odd bearded man in a Robin Reliant kept driving past slowly and taking photos of their bedroom window.

Sounds much more likely than any of Dixon's evidence - you must be an expert.;-)

So basically this guy has been bumbling round, doing a series of unscientific, ill-documented tests. What a waste of time.

Why do the test when there is a nearly full moon? There is going to be a greater difference between the curtains open and closed.

It's quite light with the curtains open, but really quite dark when they're closed, except you can see light coming from the bathroom.

With the curtains open you can see loads:o

    It's laughable.

Roux is doing some theatrical head shaking, in a "Nel is being ridiculous with these questions" way.

A certain sign that he wants this cross to end asap

And HIS eyes, dixons eyes, would need 40 minutes for them to become dark adapted.

    Not seconds.

This man is a fraud who is deliberately misleading the court.
