My thoughts are with you. I lost my dad just over 2 weeks ago so I know how you feel. Although we knew my dad was terminally ill we never expected to lose him so soon, and no matter how much warning you have you're never prepared for it when it happens. Sincerely sorry for your loss. X
I couldn't just pass this thread by without saying I am so very sorry for you Gusto Brunt. I wish I could find the right words but all I can say is that I am so very sorry for you're loss.

I'm so sorry to hear that, nothing can ever prepare you for how awful that grief is, and there are no words that will ever be able to make it feel better.
Take care of yourself, and try to keep talking and opening up to people as much as possible, it can be very comforting to do so. x
Sorry to hear that, mate. I also lost my mum to a heart attack as well.
Remember there is no right way or wrong way to grieving, only your way. It will take time, so don't rush it or pretend you are over it before you are. Let it out!
But you did know her so think what she would be telling you right now.

Yes, it's killing me. Thanks for your support.
Thank you so much. I am trying to hold it together. She had a massive heart attack.
I hope you have folks around to help you cope.

It's absolutely crushing. You don't the pain until it hits you. Thanks for your kind words.
Have to be strong and realize the love you have for your mum is inside you and it will always be with you.
