Good move, cos you have been hugely wrong IMO which is a shame. Enjoy celebrating 4th next season after us spending £150m and saying "well what did you expect us to do?".
You should be furious about this decline, not looking for reasons to excuse it and bending over with your pants down accepting your fate.
We're normally close to agreement and i do respect your opinions but i am so far away from understanding where you are coming from here its unreal.
Back to back bundesliga titles and a CL final - he's doing a fine impression of someone who know's what he's doing if he's just a "gifted wannabe"
That was a bit harsh and I take it back. The four main guys I quoted as being top candidates for the job have done it for a while, under huge pressure and with different teams often in different leagues. It would only be a slight step up or a sideways step for most of those guys to manage us, not the huge leap that it was for say, Andres Villas Boas to manage Chelsea, despite his success at Porto.
Would Klopp have been a preferable appointment to Moyes? On paper definitely and in practice certainly but I think he would have still struggled to find his feet initially. IMO....
I am not being deliberately antagonistic at all, far from it, I was merely commenting on the gap at the top of the league in Spain, and due to the nature of their setup, and how they use the head to head ruling, six points is not enough for Real to overtake Atletico, hence why I said seven.
I didn't mean to antagonise anyone at all, that is not why I am here.
And yet last time you made that same point, multiple people (several of them regulars of this thread) pointed out that you were incorrect in doing so. Despite this you continue to post with the same message even though you know that it annoyed several people, and you find a way to work it into the thread. So either you are really as thick as a crushed walnut with the social understanding of a hobo who has been living under a railway bridge for the last 40 years and you really didn't mean to cause offence or you knew damn well that people were going to pull you up on it and posted it just to get a reaction in which case you were trolling. Just like in the past when you would try to mention Llorente as often as you could by 'Fernando Torres' just so you could try and appear clever by 'correcting' people, even though you were told repeatedly that you were wrong. It just makes you look like an antagonistic thundercunt.

Neither of your points are correct, I am not thick, neither am I antagonistic, I just gave my view(s) on the Spanish title race, if others disagreed with it, or saw things differently, then fine, that is their right to do so.
Again, I am sorry if what I same came across as confrontational, that was never my intent.
Let's try and be peaceful here, the gap is currently six points between the two Madrid clubs, and will be until the next matches in that league are played.
The away goal rule is very different to the head to head ruling.
That's not the point. I'm aware that they're two different things. But you know that.
If a team has to score two goals to win, due to the away goal, the scoresheet does not display the away goal advantage as an additional goal. If an away team wins the first leg 1-0, it's 1-0, it doesn't say 2-0 just because the other side needs to get 2 goals to win. The side that won 1-0 still only won 1-0, and they start the second leg with a 1 goal lead despite the other team needing 2 goals.
It's the same concept as the points. Atletico are 6 points ahead. They are not 7 points just because they have the H2H advantage. Liverpool are currently 2 points ahead of Chelsea. We aren't 3 points ahead because we have a superior GD, it just means Chelsea will need to gain 3 more points than us to go ahead.
Any Utd fans agree with Roy Keane in the Keane v Viera documentary, when he said Utd`s biggest problem is that Sir Alex still has too much influence on the club?

How's this different character working out for you?
... gap is currently six points between the two Madrid clubs.
So why have you spent a whole page of your own fan thread saying it is seven? You are well aware of the grief this caused in the Spanish football thread.
While we're playing God with numbers, can someone do something about that Algebra? Maybe make it as easy as 1, 2, 3, unless they suddenly become difficult.
Remember that time a team was 2-0 down but scoring two goals wouldn't win the game so it was actually a three goal lead because that makes more sense and people are too stupid to understand things unless you lie to them with even more stupidity?
Hasn't it just, everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, Moyes has shown he is the wrong man and is out of his depth, Liverpool are going to win the league for the first time in 24 years. Disaster, the only good thing about this season is that it will all be over in 3 weeks time. Thank God. >:(
They might deserve it, but they get a fair share of luck too, norwich's shot deflects wide, for liverpool it dips perfectly into the net over a helpless goalkeeper. How was that not a foul on the edge of the box near the end? And how many penalties do they win?

B*****ks to it. Sounding like an ABU, ffs.
I know what you mean everything is going there way at the moment, it is destined to be Liverpool's season sadly but lets be honest there luck can't last forever.

Isn't that exactly the same sh*t that every non-United fan has been complaining about for year after year with us?
Liverpool fans will now have their eyes open to the crap we've had to listen to for years about how much luck we get, how penalties go in our favor, how the referees favor us, how we don't have the best squad etc etc. It's obviously mostly boll*cks but maybe they'll suddenly appreciate the sh*t we've had to listen to for every recent title we've won.
We have the best away record in the Premier League.
which apparently is something to be proud of now.
Nevermind lads, we have gone from 1st to 7th, couldnt beat a team of 5 yr olds at home, knocked out of cups, played some rubbish football but its all ok because we have won some games away from home.

Chevrons or stripes next season?

Dear god.
Well he did rise on Easter day
Carrying an egg I assume
If we are reclassifying the concept of how numbers work shouldn't our first priority not be sorting out our own league table first?
What a truly horrible season.
Teach you lot for sending for the plain but safe spinster sister from back home rather than smashing the hot but quite loony Portuguese au pair ...

Subs Lindegaard, Giggs, Hernandez, Welbeck, Valencia, Fellaini, Januzaj.
Hope the ball boys are stood in Row Z in anticipation.
I'm prepared to eat my hat, but suspect I won't have to.
He very rarely managed such a thing at Everton, notoriously bad away from home, and similarly has been very poor with Manchester United.
I suspect it'll be the old you take them out, you put them in, and you shake it all about tactic. And pray !
But the complete opposite with us.
