Here in the East Midlands the BBC Breakfast programme on Freeveiw suddenly switched to BBC World just before 8 o'clock. As I type it's still showing the wrong feed. What's happening? Has somebody pushed the wrong button?

People will probably have switched back pretty quickly so the slot average is likely to be relatively unaffected. Reach is another matter though.

Rolex will be pleased, they must be the only company to ever have a sponsorship credit shown on BBC One!

When I saw that I thought I would post that this must be a first.

I wonder what Good Morning Britain would switch to in the event of a fire alarm, do they have a back up available or do they just put up a caption.

Andy Peters is their roving reporter, today he was showing how to alert people to a fire.

Very likely ITV would throw to ads, if it's possible to return to the show (similar to breakfast) then they would just return and in the event of a major fire, they would have an alternative schedule as This Morning and Loose Women would have to be cancelled too.

They could "offer their viewers" "another chance to see" nightscreen.

Does anyone know what would happen if there was to be a fire at NBH? What would the BBC News Channel and World News revert to? I suppose the Salford studios would be used in the coming hours, but would they have to revert to BBC One until Media City is ready to go to air?

Don't they use Millbank as an immediate 'spare'.

BBC Parliament relayed on BBC 1 and BBC News channel, I wonder what BBC World news would do?
