Yes, I read it quite a while ago. I couldn't remember it so I looked it up on Amazon and I remember now that I enjoyed it at the time. I went through a phase of reading Ben Elton's books and I enjoyed them all.

Have you read Two Brothers? It's on my wishlist but I haven't bought it yet.

No, I haven't. I really enjoyed Blast from the Past though. Ben Elton has a very easy style which I really like.

I read it, but also years ago. I remember I quite enjoyed it, but some of it was a bit too knowing for my liking and it over-simplified why people enjoyed watching reality tv.

Not a hit with the critics but it stays with me years after reading it.

I really enjoyed Dead Famous - it is my favourite by Ben Elton, but I also liked Blast From the Past and Past Mortem. I have re-read Dead Famous a few times.

I didn't enjoy Chart Throb though.

I love his titles. They are a good play on words. I might have a look at Past Mortem too.

I read it years ago, which was also years after it was written.

I thought it was good and hadn't dated. I think it could still work as a Big Brother parody even now.

I read it quite a few years ago, and remember laughing myself silly at it; it was so well observed.
I also enjoyed Chart Throb, though not quite as much.
