Breakfast an apple and a pear snack a small box of raisons and tassimo capiccinno with a sweetener lunch tuna and potato salad snack 10 almonds dinner veg stir fry and a sugar free jelly. Before bed 2 finger dark choc kitkat and 300mls skimmed milk heated

Lunch - Greek salad with a wholemeal pitta, 2 satsumas
Dinner - roasted Mediterranean veg. with feta and jersey potatoes , yoghurt with tinned peaches
Snacks - a few pieces of popcorn, a little bit of mixed dried fruit.
Yesterday i had a bowl of chips in morrisons cafe and i stole half a piece of toast from my fiance. That was brunch
I had a peters sausage roll (The best sausage rolls) for a mid afternoon snack.
Then for tea which was a late tea i had chips & 3 hot dogs.

A full lettuce & ........... Red onion
A full Carrot .................. Cucumber & Red Pepper
Full bunch of Celery & A VERY Big Wedge of Red Cabbage
6 Large Cherry tomatoes
Chopped fresh Mint & Flat leaf Parsley
ALL Sprinkled with Morrocan spices & White pepper & Black onion seeds & A little Grind of Maldon salt
I then Divided SALAD equally into 2 x 2 Ltr plastic Jugs >>>> to put into the fridge
11-50am
Put HALF of one JUG of Salad >>>> into a big bowl
Topped with sliced carved Ham
A BIG Dollop of Houmous AND A Big Swirl of Light Salad cream
Lastly topped ALL this with a fried soft egg
& Just about to drink :-
A standard 300ml mug of H&B's Lavender & Echinacea tea
WILL EAT THIS type of MEAL 4 - 5 TIMES Today
may have **** The Next SALADS **** with s/c !!!! & :-
A crumbled up Large Onion Bhajis
AND = 2 SALAD meals with :-
2 sardines in tomato sauce
& Maybe .................. some steamed chicken with s/c
Hopefully this will be ALL I will eat today !!!!!!!!

Today I had a cantonese rice pot at work and sausage, egg and chips for dinner. Had a bit of chocolate there and soon i'll have a cup of tea and a cream bun.
Yesterday i had a carvery - i had turkey , stuffing , sweetcorn , green beans , mash , chips , roasts & gravy.
I love carveries and i do go to town , i like to get my monies worth.
Also had 2 bags of salt & vinegar crisps an hour or so ago because i was a bit peckish.
