I'm glad she took the boyfriend to theatre, he'd looked like a spare part until then :(

I took it as him saying they were one big family and the term half or step didn't matter.

Mother seemed a bit over the top with her mothering - same happened with my two girls having emergency c's, but I never once thought that my presence was more important than their respective husbands.

Big baby girl is Lily - 9lbs 1oz!

I think if the midwife hadn't said take him the mum would have gone instead, she did not look happy to be left out at all. I know she was worried but she shot the midwife a very scary look.

You think the father of the one when she was 14 stuck around for another one? I doubt it somehow.

I felt really sorry for the boyfriend, her mum needed to back off and let him have play his part, he is the babys dad after all.

Thought she was going to say something about him going into theatre and not her, glad she didn't.

The couple who was walking while she was having contractions all I could think is wheres your car? :o Unless they live right next to the hospital, thought she was gonna end up giving birth in the road :o:D

I think its nice when couples don't want to know the sex and then its a surprise. Reckon the dad was thrilled he was a boy and Jacob is a nice name :).

My grandma was an identical twin but they lived very separate lives when they grew up.

It's in Bristol which is not really near Plymouth. Same as last series.

Do the Mums giving birth get paid for being filmed ? I personally wouldn't let anyone film me for all the tea in China.
