Ebonys weight loss thread

Anyone who thinks I'm trolling, taking the mick or whatever need not read any further

I debated about putting this in advice section but then I thought I don't really want advice, just somewhere to record my food and weight

After three and and bit months of abysmal ness I'm back on the wagon, I've lost 19.4lbs since jan 4th, my next weigh in day will be 23rd June

I'm not cutting anything out I'm just cutting down on calories
I will have fruit and/or veg everyday
Will drink more water, herbal/green tea

So far today had tuna salad with fish sauce dressing

There is a weight loss thread, I think it's in general discussion somewhere - I would link you to it but I'm on my phone, so it won't let me x

Can you not get a giant hamster wheel? That way you can keep fit whilst you bond with your menagerie of rodents. Hell, why not wire it up and generate your own electricity?

I did ask in there if it was ok that I have my own thread and I got told it was fine

It's easier to keep track if I have my own thread

Please dont let anyone ask why she has to have her weight loss kept track of in an open forum which is nothing to do with weight loss specifically and is not for either advice or for supporting others with their weight loss (like the one someone mentioned above)

We have been here and done this more times than I can even remember.

The further away from the Earth's core we are, the less effect gravity has on us - so to lose weight, just climb the stairs/a hill/a mountain. Losing mass, of course, is a little harder...

    HTH :)

I need to shead a couple of pounds. I love food too much though.

I've managed to get my hands on a push bike. Have started biking to work, which is some distance.

I suspect this option my not be open to you though......

I take it that eating healthily doesn't feature anywhere whatsoever in your diet? :D
