Just a guess anyway - i know she appeared on both bgt & x factor. First thing that popped into my head.
Might not be but always a possibility.
The clue says 'or' rather than 'and' so they've probably been on only one of the shows. I wouldn't be completely surprised if you're right but I'm not sure if, personality wise, she's enough of a stirrer for this series.

What about Shirlena Johnson? She was on The X Factor in 2010 but had to withdraw due to mental health concerns.
