Have to disagree with those who say that 'Frasier' is better than 'Cheers' - I think that the latter stayed enjoyable for much longer. 'Frasier' got very repetitive (IMO, of course) whereas 'Cheers' virtually reinvented itself after Diane left. It also had a greater mix of characters - but to each their own; and I still loved 'Frasier'!
Anyway, I think the 'King of Queens' is claimed as a spin off of 'Everybody Loves Raymond'. I can't stand 'Raymond', but adore the 'King of Queens'.
Fully agree about Cheers. It never went stale, unlike Frasier in it's last 2/3 seasons.
I liked The Parkers more than Moesha. Mo'Nique was a much better stronger lead than Brandy plus it had a stronger ensemble more dysfunctional supporting cast. Plus unlike Moesha, The Parkers had a proper ending and didn't leave us with a cliffhanger.
Reading this post has bought all my Moesha-pain back... I still want to know who was pregnant and if they ever got Miles back! I liked The Parkers but I much preferred Moesha.
Private Practice definitely ended up being better than Grey's Anatomy.
It gets considered a spinoff (e.g. here) although it's not a spinoff proper. The reason for it being labelled a spinoff is that Kevin James originally appeared on ELR as 'Kevin', a buddy of Raymond's and later a UPS guy. This was obviously the prototype Doug Heffernan, who then became 'The King of Queens'. Raymond then guested on KOQ as himself. All a bit messy - but ELR gave Kevin James his 'character' which was then renamed 'Doug' and given its own show.
Kevin James played Doug the Parcel guy in Cosby long before ELR. The Ray Barone character also made his first appearance in an episode of Cosby, so it could be argued that both everybody loves Raymond and King of Queens were both spinoffs from Cosby.

NCIS: LA
Frasier was better than Cheers
Maude and The Jeffersons was better than All in the family
NCIS far better than JAG
I'd also now like to add Major Crimes to this list.
Was going to say this as well.

Sadly it got dropped after 2 series - but the scenes between Stephanie Beacham and Barbara Stanwyck in its first few episodes were amazing!

1. CSI:Miami (loved the comic book approach)
2 CSI:NY
3. CSI
Frasier started better than Cheers but the last few series were poor.
Recently Chicago PD and The Originals, but the latter isn't hard considering TVD is absolute tripe these days.
Nowhere, because it's not.
Major Crimes
