You mischievous lot may have had the Power over the House this week, but it's Emma who reigns powerful over tonight's Bit on the Side.

Joining our leading lady is former royal correspondent and all-round jewel Jennie Bond, along with former Sugababe Amelle Berrabah. We'll also be playing footsie with ex-housemate Danielle, if she lets us.

Resident expert Diane Youdale will be keeping us in the loop about the inner-workings of our beloved housemates, and to top the night off, we'll also be hearing from the friends and family of nominated housemates Chris, Pav and Zoe.

It's the detractors I'm worried about. You've seen the way some people have absolutely savaged Chris this week and I can very easily see the same happening to both Christopher and Ashleigh, especially the latter.

I ignore posts from people who are just plain nasty. Christopher and Ashleigh are well established and have good fan bases. No need to worry if stupid people make spiteful comments.

For me it has to be Steven. The fact that he could not or would not accept ANY of the criticisms leveled at him by the many and just a few, shows the lack of humility and self awareness he has.

Them bagpipes at the start of each medal ceremony get on my nips

The running track and infield are false and built on a floating floor several metres above ground level
